STRUCTURAL is looking for Concrete Laborers to join our team performing work in the Springfield, MA area. This project is scheduled to run from June to mid-September and has the potential to lead to a full-time position.
** To be considered for the position, candidates:
*** Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites each day.
* Must have 2+ years of relevant work experience as outlined below.
* Must be able to work overtime hours (which may include nights and/or weekends)
* Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
* Must be team, solution, and safety oriented.
** Construction duties include:
*** Concrete repair
* Caulking* Traffic coating
* Concrete demolition
* Concrete placement and finishing
* Masonry* Formwork / carpentry
* Rebar replacement
* Expansion joints
** Qualified candidates have the opportunity to earn between $30-$45 per hour (depending on level of relevant experience) and enjoy benefits including medical, dental, 401(k), paid vacation and more!
