Opportunity Overview

Civil/Mechanical Superintendent, Solar based in Juno Beach, FL. 1‑year contract assignment (W‑2). Owner’s representative to oversee the civil and structural aspects of the solar plant construction, ensuring adherence to EPC safety, quality, schedule, and performance expectations.

On‑construction site for the duration of the project;
Juno Beach, FL. Per diem available.

Construction Manager, Solar, Engineering and Construction.

• Review Safety Documents and Policies
• Review Contract Documents (Scope of work)
• Review Civil/Mechanical Drawings and Specifications
• Review and ensure installation and maintenance of SWPPP per Permit
• Ensure EPC schedules Pre‑Cons for new tasks
• Review Civil/Mechanical Checklist
• Attend EPC Safety, Craft Tailgates and Management Meetings
• Perform daily field walks and observations with field crews
• Perform QA/QC inspections and walk‑downs on construction activities
• Monitor Unifier uploads by EPC
• Complete QA/QC inspections in Unifier per frequency and activity completion
• Track open action items or punchlist

• Comprehend construction drawings/prints
• People management experience
• Organization, schedule/planning, progress reporting
• Communication with contractor management and third parties
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, data entry and uploads
• Industrial experience in civil and structural construction (at least 4 years)

Competitive pay: $55.00/hr to $60.00/hr, dependent on experience, qualifications, and skills.
