Opportunity Overview
Civil/Mechanical Superintendent, Solar based in Juno Beach, FL. This is a 1-year contract assignment (W-2). The role is to serve as the Owner's representative overseeing the civil and structural aspects of the solar plant construction and ensuring adherence to all Safety, Quality, Schedule, and Performance expectations as defined by the EPC's scope of work and contractual commitments.

On construction site for duration of project;
Juno Beach, FL (per diem available).
Reports To:
Construction Manager Solar, Engineering and Construction
- Review Safety Documents and Policies
- Review Contract Documents (Scope of Work)
- Review Civil/Mechanical Drawings and Specifications
- Install and Maintain SWPPP as per permit
- Ensure EPC schedules pre‑construction for new tasks
- Review Civil/Mechanical Checklist
- Attend EPC safety, craft tailgate, and management meetings
- Perform daily field walks and observations with field crews
- Perform QA/QC inspections and walkdowns on construction activities
- Monitor Unifier uploads by EPC
- Complete QA/QC inspections in Unifier per frequency and activity completion
- Track open action items or punch list
- Comprehend construction drawings and prints
- Experience in people management
- Organization, schedule/planning, and progress reporting skills
- Communication with contractor management and third parties
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, data entry, and uploads
- Industrial experience in civil and structural construction (minimum 4 years)

Base salary range: $55.00/hr to $60.00/hr (dependent on experience, qualifications, and skills).
