Construction Project Manager
Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 + bonus
Location: Springfield, MA area

- Lead projects from kickoff through closeout, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
- Manage schedules, subcontractors, materials, and internal resources
- Oversee project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, billing, and change orders
- Serve as the primary client contact and drive strong customer relationships
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, construction, service) for seamless execution
- Monitor project risks, quality, and compliance while supporting safety standards
- Proven experience managing construction, mechanical, industrial, or process system projects
- Strong background in budgeting, scheduling, and full project lifecycle management
- Experience with construction documents (drawings, RFIs, submittals, contracts)
- Exposure to industrial refrigeration, HVAC/R, piping, or similar systems preferred
- Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Construction Management, Business) or equivalent experience
- OSHA 30 and regulated environment experience are a plus
