• Be the steward of the Lovable brand voice: define it, document it, and hold the line on it across every written channel
• Build and scale AI-assisted writing workflows
• Manage and coach a bench of writers
• Write and edit hands-on across brand, product marketing, and growth work
• Design the systems that scale without you as a bottleneck

• 8+ years in brand writing, copywriting, or editorial roles
• Portfolio that demonstrates depth across formats (ads, web, email, video, search, performance creative)
• Experience managing and developing writers
• Track record of building or scaling a writing or editorial function
• Strong editing instincts
• Experience owning or stewarding a brand voice end to end
• Comfortable building your own AI tools and workflows for writing and editing at scale.

Demonstrates expertise in brand writing and copywriting, with a strong ability to manage and develop writers while building scalable AI-assisted writing workflows. Proven track record in defining and stewarding brand voice across various formats and channels.
