Customer Service Representative – Wind River Environmental LLC | Remote (Marlborough, MA)
Wind River Environmental LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to serve as the primary point of contact for customers inquiring about its products and services. This full-time, remote role offers $18–$22/hour and requires candidates to live within 30 miles of a WRE branch to provide local support when needed.
The successful candidate will handle a high volume of inbound calls, educate customers on service offerings, schedule appointments, and resolve inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.

- Job Type: Full-Time
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm; weekend availability preferred
- Answer customer calls and concerns from Residential Pumping Queue
- Provide engaging and educational service to promote pumping services
- Schedule residential pumping services and document calls per department requirements
- Clarify customer inquiries, research solutions, and provide accurate information
- Enter service orders into order management systems
- Resolve problems or escalate unresolved issues appropriately
- Fulfill customer requests, complete transactions, and forward requests as needed
- Work in a metric-driven environment with individual and group goals
- Manage heavy inbound and outbound call volume efficiently
Essential:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Basic computer literacy (email, internet, Microsoft Office)
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Must operate in a drug-free workplace
