I have a client in the Springfield area that has an opportunity for a Lead VDC/BIM Coordinator.
In this role, you will be working as a Lead VDC/BIM Coordinator for a client that works in the mechanical contracting/construction industry. This position will be responsible for design with Revit on mechanical projects.
This position is a direct hire role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked on-site to start and move to a hybrid schedule.
Pay; $85,/Yr. depending on experience
- 5-10 years of experience
- Collaborate with project teams to develop and manage 3D models and construction documentation
- Coordinate clash detection
- Assist in the development of design and construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and other technical documents Create Bill of Materials
- Attend coordination meetings
- Communicate with project managers, engineers, architects, and other team members to ensure alignment and coordination of project deliverables
