Baystate Health is a not-for-profit, integrated healthcare system in western Massachusetts which consists of an academic medical center, three community hospitals and the region’s largest multispecialty group. Our flagship hospital, Baystate Medical Center, is home to the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School-Baystate. We are seeking Internal Medicine physicians to join our Wilbraham Adult Medicine Practice.
Position Highlights- Enjoy 1:1 medical assistant support, nurse triage (days, nights and 1st call), onsite lab, behavioral health network integration, and direct access to our large multispecialty group.

- Baystate Health is a not-for-profit organization and eligible for the US Federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness program as well as the Massachusetts Loan Repayment Program in certain locations.
- There are multiple state and federal programs that provide loan forgiveness. It is the responsibility of the candidate to contact the program directly and to make their decision based on what they are trying to accomplish with loan forgiveness.

Compensation:
The compensation ranges below represent the base salaries for all positions at a given grade across the health system. Typically, a new hire can expect a starting salary somewhere in the lower part of the range. Actual salaries may vary by position and will be determined based on the candidate’s relevant experience. No employee will be paid below the minimum of the range.
Pay ranges are listed as hourly for non‑exempt employees and based on assumed full time commitment for exempt employees.
Salary Range: $210,000–$345,000
Qualifications:
Candidates must be BC/BE by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
