Baystate Health is a not-for-profit, integrated healthcare system in western Massachusetts which consists of an academic medical center, three community hospitals and the region’s largest multispecialty group. We are seeking Family Medicine physicians and Advanced Practitioners to join our employed physician team in Greenfield, MA.

• Join our team at Greenfield Family Medicine (GFM) which provides primary care services to patients in the north Pioneer Valley.
• GFM is the resident continuity clinic for our Family Medicine Residency program at UMass Chan-Baystate. Join a team of family physicians with a defined mission to prepare health professionals to care for the underserved, rural population of the area. Faculty appointment to UMass Chan.
• Enjoy 1:1 medical assistant support, 24‑hour nurse triage, onsite lab, behavioral health network integration, and direct access to our large multispecialty group.

• APPs: $128,000 ‑ $180,250
• Physicians: $210,000 ‑ $345,000
