We are seeking aBoard-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join our growing post-acute care team as an Inpatient Hospitalist Physician in Springfield, MA. This full-time opportunity offers an exceptional work-life balance with aMonday–Friday schedule, no weekends, and no call responsibilities.

Position Highlights:

  • Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM –5:00 PM
  • No weekends
  • No call responsibilities
  • Facility-basedinpatient/post-acute care practice
  • Full-time, part-time, andPRN opportunities available

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Guaranteed compensation ranging from $200,000 to $500,000+

Requirements:

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, or arelated specialty
  • Active and unrestrictedmedical license in the applicable state or eligibility for licensure
  • DEA registration or eligibility to obtain
  • Experience in hospital medicine, post-acute care, skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, orinternal medicine preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment andability to manage medically complex patients
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
  • Ability to travel between assigned facilities as needed
