Inpatient Hospitalist Physician
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join our growing post-acute care team as an Inpatient Hospitalist Physician in Springfield, MA. This full-time opportunity offers an exceptional work-life balance with a Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends, and no call responsibilities.
Position Highlights:
- Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- No weekends
- No call responsibilities
- Facility-based inpatient/post-acute care practice
- Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities available
- High degree of autonomy with strong clinical support

Compensation & Benefits:
- Guaranteed compensation ranging from $200,000 to $500,000+
- Most full-time physicians earn between $300,000 and $500,000 annually

Requirements:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, or a related specialty
- Active and unrestricted medical license in the applicable state or eligibility for licensure
- DEA registration or eligibility to obtain
- Experience in hospital medicine, post-acute care, skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or internal medicine preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage medically complex patients
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
- Ability to travel between assigned facilities as needed
