Baystate Health is a not-for-profit, integrated healthcare system in western Massachusetts which consists of an academic medical center, three community hospitals and the region’s largest multispecialty group. Our flagship hospital, Baystate Medical Center, is home to the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School-Baystate. We are seeking a Family Medicine or Med-Peds Physician to join our employed physician team providing comprehensive care to patients across the lifespan.

• Enjoy 1:1 Medical Assistant support, nurse triage, onsite lab, behavioral health integration, and direct access to Baystate’s extensive multispecialty network.
• Practice within a large integrated health system while maintaining a collaborative, community-based practice environment.
• Work closely with experienced Physicians, APPs, nurses, and other members of the care team.
• Utilize a state-of-the-art EMR with dedicated technology support.

• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care with access to integrated behavioral health and specialty services.

Compensation:
The compensation ranges below represent the base salaries for all positions at a given grade across the health system. Typically, a new hire can expect a starting salary somewhere in the lower part of the range. Actual salaries may vary by position and will be determined based on the candidate’s relevant experience. No employee will be paid below the minimum of the range.

Pay ranges are listed as hourly for non-exempt employees and based on assumed full time commitment for exempt employees.

Salary Range: $247,300–$346,120

Qualifications:

Qualified candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Candidates should have strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care in a collaborative, team-based environment.
