Lead, Influence, and Transform Behavioral Health. A leading behavioral health organization is seeking a visionary, board-certified psychiatrist to serve as Executive Medical Director of Psychiatry & Behavioral Health Services. This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to shape clinical strategy, drive program growth, and elevate the quality of care within a dynamic inpatient behavioral health environment.

• Serve as a member of the executive leadership team, partnering with the CEO, CFO, COO, and EVP
• Provide strategic and operational oversight for psychiatric and behavioral health services
• Develop and implement clinical policies, standards, and best practices
• Direct psychiatric services and provide leadership to physicians and advanced practice providers
• Ensure excellence in patient safety, quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, and performance improvement
• Lead clinical program development and initiatives that enhance patient care and access
• Maintain a limited clinical caseload (up to six patients)
• Participate in a shared physician call schedule

• Board Certified in Psychiatry (Adult or Child & Adolescent)
• Eligible for Massachusetts medical licensure
• Minimum of five years of leadership experience in inpatient behavioral health
• Demonstrated success in clinical operations, physician leadership, and program development
• Strong understanding of healthcare finance, quality metrics, and organizational strategy
• Passion for delivering patient-centered, high-quality behavioral healthcare
