Role Overview:
This position involves providing hematology and oncology care in an outpatient setting, primarily for adult patients, with potential inpatient rounding on clinic days.
Key Responsibilities:Conduct general hematology oncology consultations, perform bone marrow biopsy and aspirate procedures (preferred but not required), and handle very light outpatient phone consult calls shared among multiple physicians.
Work Schedule & Environment:Work four days a week, Monday through Friday, with 10-hour shifts from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
Qualifications & Skills:Candidates should have relevant experience in hematology/oncology, with procedural skills in bone marrow biopsies preferred. Strong communication and teamwork abilities are essential.
Compensation & Benefits:Hourly rates range from $375.00 to $500.00, inclusive of base pay and potential extra earnings such as overtime and holiday pay. Additional benefits include complimentary housing, travel arrangements, comprehensive malpractice coverage, and streamlined credentialing.
