We are seeking a fellowship trained Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeon physician to Baystate Health’s growing Women’s Health/MIGS program located at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, Mass.

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:
• Serve as the sole MIGS specialist working within the division of urogynecology, with an exceptional opportunity to shape and grow the program while building a practice focused on complex gynecologic and robotic surgery, teaching, and future leadership as the division expands.
• Collaborate closely with the Uro/Gyn Chief to help advance the vision and strategic growth of the MIGS program.
• Enjoy no obstetric call, allowing you to focus exclusively on gynecologic surgical care within your division.
• Participate in a shared call schedule of approximately 1:4, covering one week at a time with home call.
• Access to three robotic surgical systems in a robust minimally invasive surgery environment, with strong OR and bedside support and dedicated APP support for MIGS patients, including postoperative care and follow-up.
• Faculty appointment at UMass Chan Medical School – Baystate, with opportunities to teach and mentor Uro/Gyn fellows, UMass Ob/Gyn residents, and medical students, as well as protected time for teaching and other academic activities.

Qualifications:
ABMS BE or BC in Ob/Gyn, Fellowship-trained MIGS physician preferred; candidates with 2+ years of MIGS experience are ideal. New fellowship graduates are welcome to apply.
