** About the Role
** As our Funded Early Childhood Teacher, you will:
* Deliver a high-quality approved kindergarten program aligned with the EYLF
* Lead and mentor educators within your learning environment
* Create engaging, play-based learning experiences that support each child’s development
* Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families
* Contribute to a positive, reflective team culture
* Support the service to meet and exceed the National Quality Framework### ###
** About You
** You’ll bring:
* Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
* Eligibility for QLD Kindergarten Funding
* Current Teacher Registration (QCT) or ability to obtain
* A genuine passion for early learning and child-led practice
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Commitment to ongoing professional growth and long-term employment###
* Funded ECT role with above-award pay
* 2 Additional weeks of paid Annual Leave
