- For academics:
An advanced degree in Human Development and Childhood Studies/ Developmental Psychology/MA Education degree with keen interest and work experience in Child Development and Learning/Early Childhood Education. - For experienced practitioners:
On-the-ground experience of more than 10 years and a postgraduate degree (or equivalent) in any relevant field. - Capacity to be reflective and think critically.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Willingness to engage with a diverse student body.
- Capacity to teach and develop courses at a Master’s level Education programme.
- Ability to engage with students in Hindi and English.
