Eagle Hill School, an independent boarding school in Hardwick, Massachusetts, seeks a mathematics teacher to join the faculty for the  school year. The successful candidate will hold a degree in mathematics and demonstrate an innovative approach to curriculum design and instruction. The position will include responsibility for teaching a variety of levels of high school mathematics. Eagle Hill School seeks educators who are eager to participate in the academic, athletic, and co-curricular activities of an innovative and engaging boarding school community.

• Use a variety of instructional strategies to motivate and inspire students in mathematics.
• Use a mathematics curriculum to teach content that may include—Basic Math, Pre-Algebra, Algebra, Geometry, Pre-Calculus, and Calculus.
• Incorporate technology and other resources to enhance student learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues to continually revise and implement the curriculum to adjust to diverse learners.
• Communicate regularly with students, parents, and colleagues about student progress.
• Engage in the boarding school community and co-curricular programs as well as provide inspirational and innovative education in the classroom setting.

• Readiness to teach all levels of mathematics.
• Support students as they solve problems and think critically.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
• At least one year of relevant experience preferred.
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required.
