England Program Specialist

Booster is a mission‑driven school fundraising company focused on cultivating virtuous leaders who want to change the world. We partner with over 6,000 schools each year and impact over 3 million students across all 50 states.

As a Program Specialist, you will be the face of the Boosterthon program on elementary school campuses. You’ll work alongside a supportive team to help schools reach their fundraising goals, deliver engaging student experiences, and create a positive impact for students and communities.

• Teach and present a character‑based curriculum to students
• Set up and host the Boosterthon Fun Run fundraiser
• Motivate students to participate and raise funds for their school
• Engage with teachers, parents, and school administrators
• Model fitness, leadership, and character as part of a team

• Excellent Communication – Connect professionally and enthusiastically with students, faculty, and staff through written and verbal communication.

• Licensed driver with reliable transportation
• Ability to pass Booster’s Background and Motor Vehicle check
• Capable of lifting up to 45 lbs and remaining active throughout the day
• Full‑day availability (7:00am–4:00pm) on scheduled workdays

$17.50 – $19.50 per hour, non‑exempt.
