Bring your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to a dynamic educational environment supporting student growth across multiple grade levels! This contract opportunity offers a chance to collaborate with passionate educators and make a meaningful impact on students from early elementary through high school.

Preferred candidates will have significant experience implementing evidence-based behavioral strategies in a school setting. Your work will span 1st to 3rd grade as well as high school grades (10th-12th), providing both direct support to students and guidance to staff and families.

Qualifications:
  • Current BCBA certification in good standing
  • Experience working with elementary and/or high school students in an educational context
  • Strong skills in developing and monitoring individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including teachers, support staff, and families
  • Excellent communication skills to deliver training and consultative services
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop effective, individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers to ensure successful strategy implementation in both elementary and upper grade settings
  • Provide ongoing training and support to school staff and families regarding behavior modification techniques
  • Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
  • Participate in team meetings and assist with IEP development as necessary
  • Maintain thorough, organized documentation and adhere to ethical practices and protocols
