Program Manager

Right At School provides local school districts before and after school extended day programs with a focus on disguised learning activities and daily enrichment dedicated to the success of all students!

Program Manager Pay Rate

$20.00-$24.00 per hour (based on education and experience)

Program Hours

Monday to Friday 7:00 AM - 8:30 AM and 2:30 PM - 5:30 PM

You’ll Drive The Mission By
  • Ensuring safety and joy standards by supporting staff, maintaining up‑to‑date site documents and licensing standards, outlining attendance protocols, behavior policies, and safety procedures, and fostering respectful relationships to maintain team cohesion and productivity.
  • Consistently supporting and reporting on safety protocols to ensure the well‑being of all participants.
  • Engaging meaningfully with families, client partners, peers, and children, responding promptly to emails, texts, and inquiries during program hours to ensure transparency and trust, and collaborating with the Area Manager to support outlined program goals.
  • Maintaining accurate records for student check‑ins and check‑outs and ensuring all “name-to-face” attendance procedures are completed per company policy.
  • Implementing daily activities, fitness fun, and curriculum while providing a safe and engaging environment.
Ideal Candidates Will Have The Following
  • Experience working among competing priorities and delivering quality service to all stakeholders.
  • Experience working with children and knowledge of unique and special needs.
  • Coursework or training in child development and/or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills—oral, written, and visual—with adults and children.
  • Ability to model professional standards when dealing with students, parents, staff, and community.
  • Familiarity with Google technology software or willingness to learn.
  • Ability to identify and submit proof of MMR vaccination.
  • Minimum age of 20 years.
Massachusetts State Requirements
  • Ability to meet state‑specific requirements.
  • First Aid and CPR (in‑person).
  • Cleared tuberculosis test.
  • Minimum age of 20 years.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or related fields and at least 6 months of experience working with school‑age children.
  • Or a Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in an approved field and at least 9 months of experience working with school‑age children.
  • Or a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience working with school‑age children.
