- Master’s degree (required)
- Massachusetts Principal/Assistant Principal licensure (or eligibility)
- At least 5 years of successful teaching experience
- Proven leadership experience with measurable student achievement gains
- Experience working with diverse, multilingual student populations
- Strong knowledge of curriculum, instruction, and data‑driven practices
