A qualified applicant will have a bachelor’s degree and meet at least one of the following criteria:

• Hold a valid Massachusetts State teaching certificate or the equivalent.
• Be a current student teacher pursuing a teaching certificate.
• Have two or more years of experience as a private or charter school classroom teacher.
• Have experience as a lecturer or course instructor at an accredited U.S. university or college.
• Be a Master’s or PhD student with experience as a teaching assistant at an accredited U.S. university or college.
