On-site position in Springfield, MA (relocation assistance available)

Do you see a student reach 99% and refuse to accept anything less than completion? The most caring thing you can do for a child who achieves 99% of their target is to insist they finish. If that expectation feels uncomfortable, this position is not a fit. If it energizes you because you understand that maintaining high standards demonstrates your belief in a student's capability, continue reading.
Alpha operates differently from conventional schools. Students complete a full day's worth of academics in approximately two hours using adaptive software. No traditional lectures. No physical textbooks.
Your role addresses what technology cannot: developing life skills in Pre‑K through 8th grade students—skills like public speaking, concentration, and constructive feedback exchange. You'll spend half your day facilitating hands‑on workshops guided by structured playbooks and narrative techniques. The remaining time is dedicated to individual and small‑group sessions where you examine student progress through Coachbot analytics within adaptive learning platforms and drive them toward achieving 100% of weekly objectives.
Students demonstrate competency via Test2
Pass assessments rather than participation-based grades.
This is purposefully selective work. Your first year centers on mastering the operational framework: workshop facilitation, motivational coaching, mastery verification, and consistently holding every student to complete goal attainment. Succeed in this, and advancement to Lead Guide becomes accessible. You must combine genuine warmth, commanding presence, and uncompromising standards. Submit your application now.

- Evaluating homework assignments or preparing students for standardized testing (these elements are absent from Alpha's model)
- Operating independently without collaboration (you work within a campus team alongside Lead Guides, Campus Leads, and colleagues who exchange feedback and maintain mutual accountability)
