We are partnering with a school district in Worcester County, MA to hire a dedicated Special Education Teacher for the 2026–2027 school year

This full-time opportunity offers the chance to make a meaningful impact by supporting students with diverse learning needs in an inclusive educational environment. As a Middle School Inclusion Teacher
, you will work collaboratively with educators, families, and support staff to help students achieve academic, social, and behavioral success.

  • Location: Onsite in Worcester County, MA
  • Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
  • School Year: 2026–2027
  • Setting: Middle School Inclusion Classroom
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with general education teachers to plan and deliver inclusive instruction.
  • Implement accommodations and modifications tailored to individual student needs.
  • Foster a supportive and engaging classroom environment that encourages academic growth and positive social interactions.
  • Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development and implementation of individualized educational plans.
  • Collaborate with parents, school staff, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
  • Utilize evidence-based instructional strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
Qualifications
  • Valid Massachusetts Special Education Teacher license
  • Experience supporting students with diverse learning and behavioral needs, preferably at the middle school level
  • Knowledge of IEP development, accommodations, and special education best practices
  • Strong classroom management, collaboration, and communication skills

    Commitment to inclusive education and student-centered instruction
  • Ability to work full-time during the 2026–2027 school year
