If you're the type of person who sees a student reach 99% and knows they can't stop there, this role is for you. Alpha operates differently from conventional schools. Through adaptive software, students complete a full day's worth of academics in roughly two hours. There are no lectures. No textbooks. Your responsibility is what technology cannot provide: coaching students from Pre-K through 8th grade on essential life skills such as public speaking, focus, and feedback exchange. You'll spend half your day facilitating hands‑on workshops guided by structured playbooks and storytelling.

The other half involves sitting with students individually or in small groups, analyzing their progress in adaptive learning platforms via Coachbot analytics, and ensuring they reach 100% of their weekly objectives. Mastery is demonstrated through Test2

This is rigorous, selective work. During your first year, you will internalize the playbook: workshops, motivation sessions, mastery assessments, and demonstrate your ability to hold every student accountable to 100% completion of their goals. Execute this successfully and you open the pathway to Lead Guide. You must bring warmth, presence, and unwavering standards.

• Facilitating one-hour life skills workshops covering public speaking, focus, collaboration, and feedback skills, adjusting your delivery and energy to suit Pre-K–8 developmental stages
• Conducting daily 1:1 and small-group coaching sessions in which you analyze each student's performance in adaptive learning platforms (via Coachbot analytics), establish objectives, and ensure they reach 100% of their weekly benchmarks
• Evaluating and administering Test2
  
  Pass assessments to verify that students have genuinely mastered each life skill, rather than simply attended
• Intervening strategically when a student's academic performance or engagement declines—diagnosing the underlying issue and developing a recovery strategy
• Cultivating authentic relationships with every student so they trust you to guide them through resistance, distraction, and moments of self-doubt

• Teaching traditional academic subjects or lecturing (students engage with core content through adaptive software, not instructor‑led lessons)
• Creating lesson plans or curriculum from the ground up (Alpha supplies life skills playbooks; your role is to execute them with storytelling and presence)
• Handling parent communications or administrative duties (Campus Leads manage these areas; you concentrate on coaching students)
• Assigning or grading homework, or preparing students for standardized exams (these do not exist in our model)
• Operating independently (you collaborate with a campus team including Lead Guides, Campus Leads, and fellow coaches who provide feedback and mutual accountability)

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 3+ years of direct experience working with Pre-K–8 students (in teaching, coaching, counseling, or youth program management).
• Demonstrated experience motivating or coaching Pre-K–8 students toward academic, behavioral, athletic, or extracurricular objectives, with at least one concrete example you can articulate (including the objective, your actions, and the result).
