Alpha operates differently from conventional schools. Students complete a full day’s worth of academics in roughly two hours using adaptive technology. There are no lectures. No traditional textbooks.

Your role centers on what technology cannot replicate: coaching students from Pre‑K through 8th grade in essential life skills such as public speaking, sustained attention, and constructive feedback exchange. During half of your day, you facilitate interactive workshops guided by structured frameworks and narrative techniques. The remaining time is spent working individually or in small groups with students, analyzing their advancement in adaptive learning platforms via Coachbot analytics, and motivating them to achieve 100% of their weekly objectives.

Mastery is demonstrated through Test2

This is a role with high standards. Your first year involves mastering the framework: facilitating workshops, conducting motivation sessions, overseeing mastery evaluations, and demonstrating your ability to hold every student accountable to 100% of their goals. Success in this capacity opens pathways to Lead Guide. You must bring warmth, strong presence, and uncompromising standards.

• Facilitating one-hour life skills workshops covering public speaking, sustained attention, teamwork, and constructive feedback exchange, adjusting your delivery and energy for Pre‑K through 8th grade learners
• Conducting daily individual and small-group coaching sessions in which you analyze each student's advancement in adaptive learning platforms (via Coachbot analytics), establish objectives, and motivate them to achieve 100% of weekly targets
• Overseeing and assessing Test2
  
  Pass evaluations to verify students have genuinely mastered each life skill, rather than simply attended sessions
• Providing focused interventions when a student's academic progress or engagement declines—identifying underlying issues and developing a structured recovery approach
• Cultivating authentic connections with each student so they trust your guidance through moments of resistance, distraction, and uncertainty

• Delivering lectures or traditional subject‑matter instruction (core academic content is taught through adaptive platforms, not by you)
• Developing lesson plans or creating curriculum materials independently (Alpha supplies life skills frameworks; your responsibility is to execute them with energy and narrative skill)
• Handling parent communication or school operational tasks (Campus Leads oversee those areas; your focus remains on students)
• Evaluating homework assignments or preparing students for standardized testing (these elements are not part of the Alpha model)
• Operating independently without support (you collaborate with a campus team including Lead Guides, Campus Leads, and colleagues who provide feedback and mutual accountability)

Guarantee that every student in your cohort develops a love for school, masters critical life skills, and achieves 100% of their academic objectives through adaptive learning technology.

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 3+ years of direct experience working with Pre‑K–8 students (in teaching, coaching, counseling, or youth program leadership roles).
