Do you see a student reach 99% and refuse to accept it as finished? The most powerful way to support a child who achieves 99% of their target is to insist they complete the final step. If that expectation feels uncomfortable, this position won  suit you. If it energizes you because you understand that maintaining high standards demonstrates your belief in their capability, continue reading.

Alpha operates differently than conventional schools. Students complete an entire day  worth of academics in roughly two hours using adaptive technology. No classroom lectures. No traditional textbooks.

Your role focuses on what software cannot deliver: guiding Pre-K through 8th grade students in life skills such as public speaking, concentration, and constructive feedback. You  spend half your time facilitating hands‑on workshops using structured curriculum guides and narrative techniques. The remaining half involves working with students individually or in small groups, analyzing their performance in adaptive learning platforms via Coachbot analytics, and driving them toward 100% completion of weekly objectives.

Students demonstrate mastery through Test2

Pass evaluations, not participation metrics.

This is demanding, selective work. Your first year centers on mastering the system: workshop facilitation, motivation coaching, mastery verification, and demonstrating your ability to hold every student accountable to 100% goal completion. Excel in these areas and advancement to Lead Guide becomes available. You must combine genuine care with unwavering standards.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Facilitating hour-long life skill workshops covering public speaking, concentration, teamwork, and constructive feedback, adjusting your delivery and energy for Pre-K through 8th grade audiences
  • Conducting daily individual and small‑group coaching sessions where you analyze student performance in adaptive learning platforms (via Coachbot analytics), establish objectives, and drive them toward 100% weekly goal achievement
  • Overseeing and scoring Test2

Pass evaluations to verify genuine mastery of each life skill, not merely attendance
  • Intervening with focused support when students lag academically or in participation — diagnosing underlying issues and creating action plans for recovery
  • Cultivating authentic connections with every student so they trust your guidance through moments of resistance, distraction, and uncertainty
What You Won  Be Doing
  • Providing lectures or conventional academic teaching (core content is delivered through adaptive platforms, not by you)
  • Creating lesson plans or curriculum materials from the ground up (Alpha supplies life skills frameworks; your role is to execute them with engagement and narrative skill)
  • Handling parent communications or administrative tasks (Campus Leads manage those functions; you remain focused on student coaching)
  • Evaluating homework or preparing students for standardized testing (these elements don  exist in this model)
  • Operating independently without collaboration (you  embedded in a campus team with Lead Guides, Campus Leads, and colleagues who provide feedback and mutual accountability)
Life Skills Coach

Key Responsibilities

Guarantee that every student in your cohort develops a love for learning, achieves mastery in critical life skills, and reaches 100% of their academic targets using adaptive learning technology.

Basic Requirements
  • Bachelor  degree in any discipline.
  • 3+ years working directly with Pre-K-8 students (in teaching, coaching, counseling, or youth program management).
  • Demonstrated experience motivating or coaching Pre-K-8 students toward academic, behavioral, athletic, or extracurricular objectives, with at least one concrete example you can articulate (the objective, your actions, and the result).
  • Comfort with a coaching-focused model where all core academic instruction is delivered by the learning platform. Your function is motivation and guidance, not subject-matter teaching.
  • Regular use of generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT,…
