The Springfield Empowerment Zone Partnership (SEZP) within Springfield Public Schools is seeking full-time middle school educators for grades 6-8, starting August 2026 (date TBD). Base salary is up to $96,864 with experience-based commensurate increases.
Educators will instruct, mentor, and collaborate to deliver standards-aligned learning, build a sense of belonging, and engage families, while participating in co-teaching and professional learning communities.
