The Plant Technician (Level
3) role comes with a competitive rate of $40 to $52 per hour, 401K match, bonus, and profit sharing scheme.

Responsibilities and duties
- Perform pre-planned and breakdown maintenance.
- Troubleshoot & diagnose faults.
- Document maintenance work on the maintenance management system.
- Work with the site's Operations team to ensure the plant is available to run efficiently.
- Pass on knowledge to other team members.
- Ensure all work adheres to strict health and safety procedures.
We are looking for someone with the following:
- 4 to 6 years of experience gained in a power plant setting.
- Hold a 2nd Class state license or a 3rd Class license and be willing to train.
- College Degree Program or High School Diploma (or equivalent).
Salary and benefits of the Plant Technician (Level

- A salary of $80K - $120K, dependent on experience.
