Mass Audubon seeks a Lead Field Technician for the Great Marsh area, coordinating a twelve-person team to restore salt marsh habitats on the North Shore. You will plan daily work with coordinators, supervise staff, and ensure data collection with mobile GIS tools.
You will also represent Mass Audubon during field operations, engage with partners, and help advance coastal resilience projects across PRNWR and Mass Audubon properties through the Great Marsh region.
