Key Responsibilities Design airfield navigational aid (NAV-AIDS) systems and associated power/control systems Prepare engineered plans, specifications, and reports for aviation electrical projects Perform load calculations, lighting layouts, cabling design, and power distribution analysis
Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE required) Significant experience in electrical engineering design for aviation and/or NAV-AIDS Familiarity with FAA AC 150 series design standards and Engineering Briefs
Experience with medium-voltage distribution and airfield lighting systems EIT or PE strongly desirable (or ability to obtain)
