Quality Engineer responsible for driving quality initiatives, supporting manufacturing and quality systems, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- 3-5 years of Quality Engineering experience
- Experience with regulatory standards (FDA/ISO)
- Experience in process validation and quality improvement
- knowledge of CAPA, NCR, and root cause analysis
- Lead and support non-conformance investigations and CAPA activities
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions
- Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process validation activities
Collaborate with manufacturing and cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues
