Role and QualificationsIdeal candidates will have 3–5 years of project management experience in geotechnical engineering and a solid understanding of earth retention systems, including secant walls, soil nailing, tiebacks, and micro-piles and live in the New England area.
- Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision performing all phases of earth retention. Including Secant and Sheet Pile walls, Lagging, Soil Nailing, Tiebacks, Grouting, Underpinning, Helical Piles and Drilled Micro-piles.
- Must be confident and able to juggle multiple jobs in various stages from early estimating to final proposal and or negotiation.
- Strong interpersonal, time management and problem solving skills are essential.
- Comfortable attending industry events and possibly giving lunch and learns for business development.
- You should have a bachelor's degree in Civil engineering and a masters preferably in Geotechnical engineering.
- Preferably have your PE.
