Our Springfield team is looking for a Transportation Engineering Intern to join us for Summer 2026.

This is a hands‑on opportunity to work on real transportation and roadway projects while learning from experienced engineers in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.

As an intern, you won’t just be observing—you’ll be contributing. You’ll:

• Assist with transportation and roadway design projects
• Help prepare plans, specifications, and cost estimates
• Collect and analyze project data
• Participate in field visits, site inspections, and project meetings
• Work with design software such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Support the team on active, real‑world projects

We’re looking for someone who is curious, dependable, and ready to learn:

• Pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Interest in transportation or roadway design
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with Microsoft Office;
  AutoCAD/Civil 3D is a plus
• Valid driver’s license
