Senior Manager Process Engineer

We’re looking for a hands‑on Senior Manager, Process Engineering to lead the engineering function and make a direct impact across mixing, coating, converting, and wastewater operations in a thermal paper manufacturing environment.

• Lead and develop the Process Engineering team while staying hands‑on technically.
• Own process performance and engineering support across manufacturing operations.
• Troubleshoot complex process issues and drive root‑cause and corrective‑action solutions.
• Improve product quality through process controls, statistical analysis, Lean Six Sigma, and DOE
  .
• Support formulation control and batch mixing processes.
• Make and support DCS programming adjustments
• Partner with Production, Quality, and Maintenance to improve safety, quality, reliability, and efficiency
  .

• B.S. in Chemical Engineering
• 5+ years of chemical/process engineering experience in manufacturing.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with mixing, coatings, inks, adhesives, or similar formulated products.
• Strong process troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and quality/process‑control experience.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma, statistical DOE, ISA-88 batch DCS, CAD, and data analysis

• Proven ability to lead engineers while remaining a hands‑on technical problem solver
  .
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Massachusetts Grade 3 Industrial (3I) Wastewater License
  .
