** THE JOB:
** Bring live entertainment and events to life, as an
** Entertainment Tech Stagehand**. In those role, you'll operate and maintain essential technical equipment while supporting the artistic vision of our shows at Mass Mutual Center. If you have
** 3+ years of experience
** in live performance or technical theatre and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our dynamic team!

** THE STARTING RATE:**  $30.24 per hour    
** THE DAY-TO-DAY:
*** Running cue tracks to include audio, electronics, fly, follow spot, lighting, carpentry, and props.
* Theatre maintenance, inspections, and repairs as assigned / approved per track.
* Set up and tear down special events as needed.
* Maintain professional relationships with internal and external guests of MGMRI, our resident show partner and talent booked into the theater.
* Maintain the Artistic Vision set forth by Talent/Artist within MGMRI and Department Guidelines.
** THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
*** High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
* 3+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience working a live show, technical theatre and/or a showroom in a college or resort setting
* Able and willing to work varied shifts as scheduling is based on events held, with emphasis on nights, weekends, and all major holidays
* Work in a live theatre environment with fast-paced set changes, sound and lighting effects, which require constant focus and strenuous physical activity
* OSHA 10 card
* Part of I.A.T.S.E. Local 53 Union - Preferred

** The rate for this role is:$30.24

This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.

Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
