Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Financial Advisor role located in Longmeadow, MA. As a Financial Advisor, you will provide personalized financial guidance and investment strategies to clients. Responsibilities include assessing clients' financial goals, analyzing market trends, creating tailored investment plans, and nurturing long-term client relationships. You will also identify opportunities for life insurance and other financial products while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Active engagement in business development and community outreach is encouraged to expand your client network and impact.

Qualifications
  • Strong financial acumen and expertise in financial planning, risk management, and investment strategies
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to analyze data, conduct market research, and create comprehensive reports
  • Experience with wealth management tools, advisory services, and portfolio management
  • Organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively
  • State licensure for financial advising and relevant certifications (e.g., CFP, Series 7 or Series 66) preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field recommended
  • A results-driven mindset with a passion for helping clients achieve financial security
