Financial Controller

This is a full-time, on-site Financial Controller role located in Springfield, MA. The Financial Controller will oversee financial operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Daily responsibilities include preparing financial statements, managing accounting processes, analyzing financial data, and providing strategic financial guidance to support decision-making.

• Expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Strong Analytical Skills and a background in Finance
• Proficiency in Accounting principles and practices
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Experience in Manufacturing
• Experience with Cost Accounting
• Experience with financial software and tools
• Knowledge of applicable regulations and compliance standards
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification preferred)
• Proven experience in a financial leadership role is a plus
