• Daily collaboration with experienced real estate agents
• Earlier introduction to buyers during the home search process
• Strategic pre‑approval positioning aligned with competitive offer strategy
• Full product suite:
  Conventional, Jumbo, FHA, VA, USDA, Non‑QM
• In‑house underwriting and secondary support
• Family‑led company focused on long‑term stability

• Are consistently producing but believe you could convert more

• Active NMLS license (SAFE Act compliant)
• 3+ years residential origination experience
