Private Wealth Administrator
As a Private Wealth Administrator, you will be responsible for partnering with Private Wealth Managers to provide administrative and transaction support for trust and wealth accounts for high-net worth individuals, families, and foundations. This role includes direct client interaction through the handling of client phone and email requests as well as the related transaction processing associated with such requests. In addition to helping the Private Wealth Manager's book of accounts, this position serves as the primary point of contact for a book of traditional trust accounts and those underlying beneficiary relationships.
Support the Private Wealth Manager team by facilitating onboarding and ongoing administration of trust and wealth client relationships, ensuring high-quality service, strong fiduciary oversight, and a seamless client experience.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Support onboarding and administration of trust and wealth accounts, including cash activity (deposits, disbursements), account maintenance, discretionary distributions, trust terminations, and estate settlement
- Serve as primary contact for beneficiaries within Life Bridge and Retire Guard programs
- Proactively monitor accounts (cash levels, overdrafts, recurring activity) and ensure accurate, compliant handling of fiduciary responsibilities
- Respond to client and financial professional inquiries; analyze needs and deliver solutions using product, fiduciary, and internal resource expertise
- Partner with Private Wealth Managers in client and advisor meetings; support follow-up actions and deliverables
- Collaborate across the Concierge Team to share best practices, provide coverage, and identify process improvements
- Consult with internal committees (Trust Administration, Investment, Risk) to ensure adherence to policies, guidelines, and regulations
- Uphold fiduciary standards by acting in the best interest of clients at all times
- Contribute to team huddles and continuous improvement efforts by sharing insights, trends, and service opportunities
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of customer service, trust administration, and/or relationship management experience
- 3+ years of customer service, trust administration, and/or relationship management experience
- 1+ years' experience with Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Candidates must be able to pass a non-registered fingerprinted background check to qualify as a fingerprinted person under FINRA.
- Successful completion of Cannon Trust School Level 1 (or willingness to pursue advanced trust education/certifications)
- Familiarity with the financial services industry, including corporate trusts, trust accounting principles, estate settlement, and private banking products/services
- Experience with broker/dealers, RIAs, and trust accounting platforms
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; ability to confidently facilitate meetings, trainings, and presentations
- Highly organized with the ability to continuously reprioritize in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and drive for results with a high sense of urgency
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams; adaptable to changing business needs
- High energy, accountability, and ownership mindset
- Understanding of Mass Mutual's Financial Network
- Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., Copilot)

Salary Range: $67,400-$88,400
