We are seeking a proactive and analytically driven FP&A Analyst to partner with our Manufacturing and Supply Chain organizations. In this highly visible role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders—providing actionable insights, driving financial discipline, and leading process improvements that unlock efficiency and value across the business.
Opportunity Overview- Support the capital expenditure (Cap Ex) approval process, ensuring financial rigor and alignment with strategic priorities.
- Lead components of the budgeting and forecasting cycle; partner with department leaders to build accurate spend plans and tracking models.
- Manage spend allocation and maintain the operational spend model to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Partner cross-functionally to streamline financial workflows and implement process automation and reporting enhancements.
- Support quarter‑end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and variance analysis.
- • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CPA/CFA preferred).
- • 3+ years of progressive experience in Finance or FP&A, ideally supporting manufacturing and supply chain operations.
- • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with advanced proficiency in Excel.
- • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross‑functional initiatives.
- • Demonstrated success in process improvement and automation projects.
We are only considering candidates local to the position location and are unable to provide relocation for this position.

Compensation:
The base salary range for this role is $82,100 - $131,300. Incentive Plan:
This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
