Busy new car dealership in Western Mass is looking for a strong F&I Manager to join their team. This person will be one of two Finance Managers in the store and will be responsible to handle 65+ turns per month. Turns at the store will be split evenly between the two F&I Managers. The ideal candidate will have a stable employment history, a proven ability to hold gross, deliver clean paperwork, and consistently performs at a high level.

• Manage all aspects of the finance and insurance process
• Maintain compliance and ensure accurate, clean paperwork
• Present and sell F&I products professionally and ethically
• Maximize profitability while delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure efficient deal flow
• Maintain strong lender relationships and secure competitive financing options
