The team is seeking a Senior-level professional to support continued growth in its Deal Advisory practice. While prior transaction advisory experience is valued,
high-caliber auditors who want to transition into M&A and deal work are strongly encouraged to apply
. In fact, many of the most successful professionals in this group have come directly from audit backgrounds.
Professionals in this role gain hands-on exposure to buy-side and sell-side transactions, direct client interaction, and the opportunity to develop into long-term deal leaders within a collaborative, fast-growing advisory group.
Job Description- Lead and execute financial due diligence engagements related to mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures
- Analyze Quality of Earnings, working capital, net debt, and transaction-related risks
- Manage engagement timelines, deliverables, and communication with clients and internal teams
- Review and coach junior team members on analyses and reporting
- Collaborate with tax, audit, and advisory teams on integrated transaction engagements
- Support practice growth through client relationships, proposals, and deal execution
- Transaction Advisory/Deal Advisory professionals ready to step into a role with greater ownership and visibility
- Top-performing Audit Seniors or Supervisors looking to make a structured transition into M&A and transaction work
- Audit Managers seeking a move away from compliance-heavy work into a more advisory and deal-oriented career path

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA or progress toward CPA strongly preferred
- 2-6 years of public accounting, transaction advisory, or related experience
