Watts Water Technologies is launching a two-year Finance Leadership Rotational Program designed for high-potential graduates. You will rotate across Commercial Finance, Operations Finance, Internal Audit and Americas FP&A, delivering hands-on experience and exposure to senior leaders.
The program is hybrid and based at our North Andover, MA headquarters. Two 12-month rotations, leadership curriculum, and meaningful project work offer a path to a full-time role aligned with business needs.
