About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our Springfield clinic
, with the opportunity to step into a 2IC (Second in Charge) leadership role.

This is an exciting opportunity with a clear leadership pathway. If you already have 2IC or leadership experience — fantastic. If not, and you’re a strong clinician with a genuine desire to step into leadership, we can support you through a 3–6 month progression plan.

You’ll work closely with a highly collaborative multidisciplinary team, including:
Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, OTs, Dietitians, Podiatrists and Psychologists.

• Delivering high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy care
• Managing the full patient journey and achieving meaningful outcomes
• Treating a diverse caseload including NDIS and Home Care clients
• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team
• Supporting health promotion, injury prevention, and long-term condition management
• Contributing to clinic leadership and mentoring (as part of the 2IC pathway)

• Have 2–5 years’ experience as a Physiotherapist
• Hold full AHPRA registration and appropriate professional insurance
• Have a strong interest in leadership and career progression
• Ideally have Women’s Health experience (preferred but not essential)
• Are confident working with patients under 18
• Are values-driven, team-focused, and motivated to grow

• Competitive Salary – $80k–$120k + performance bonuses + commission
• $2,000 annual external CPD allowance
• Receive 50+ hours of internal CPD annually
