As an AVHS Physiotherapist, you will deliver evidence‑based physiotherapy care to Australian veterans, including assessment, treatment and progression through DVA treatment cycles, in line with DVA clinical requirements.
You will work closely with GPs, Nurses, Mental Health Clinicians, and other health professionals in a modern, well‑structured clinic.
Responsibilities- Delivering high‑quality physiotherapy services within DVA guidelines
- Conducting comprehensive initial and follow‑up consultations
- Developing and reviewing personalised care plans
- Collaborating with the clinical team to support holistic veteran care
- Maintaining accurate, compliant documentation
- Working within established clinical governance and quality systems
- Experience - Minimum 5 years
- Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
- A commitment to evidence‑based practice and excellent clinical care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A respectful and compassionate approach when working with veterans
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a high‑performing team
This role begins as permanent part‑time with the flexibility to increase hours as the service expands.
