** to join our Intercare team in Springfield, MA.

* SCHEDULE:
*** Part Time, 24 hours a week
* Nights, 7pm-7:30am
* Rotating Holidays and Weekends
** Daly 6B – Medical Intercare Unit
*** Daly 6B is a dedicated, close-knit group with an engaged leadership team all with strong clinical backgrounds and a dedicated medical director both devoted to professional growth and development.
* Care for a broad patient population and perfect your skills with 21 intercare beds and 21 acute care beds, great nursing ratios, and optimal support staff.
** RESPONSIBILITIES:
** Baystate Health, Patient Care Technicians (PCT) play a hands-on role in delivering compassionate, high-quality care alongside our nursing team. Under the supervision of an RN, you'll assist with direct patient care, including hygiene, mobility, and vital sign monitoring.
PCT’s perform a range of clinical tasks such as phlebotomy, EKGs, specimen collection, and Point of Care testing. This role also includes assisting with procedures, patient transport, equipment management, and supporting emergency response protocols.
Strong communication, teamwork, and a commitment to patient safety are essential.

- ** BLS CPR Certification through American Heart Association, required
