Location: Springfield/ Westfield and/or Holyoke/Chicopee catchment area
Responsibility: You will working out of the Westfield MCS Office to provide supports to individuals who live independently within our community. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting individuals with medical appointments, money management, running errands, shopping, meal prep and cooking as well as participating in community outings, social and recreational activities. Each individual has unique needs; however, our overall goal is to support individuals in maintaining their independence and quality of life.
Requirements: This role includes regular driving. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
Hours Available: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Flexibility is required, as you may be asked to work before 9:00 a.m. or after 5:00 p.m., based on individual needs or situations that may arise.
Trainings: First Aid, CPR, Human Rights, Fire Safety, and other mandatory online trainings
