• Drive education, access, and adoption of Neurocrine products within long-term care settings
• Create and implement strategies for product acceptance and sales growth through targeted education
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including prescribers and internal facility personnel
• Navigate complex healthcare environments, addressing clinical, regulatory, and reimbursement challenges
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align strategies and messaging across the LTC ecosystem

• BS/BA degree in science or related field and 4+ years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical or long-term care sales
• Strong sales and account management skills with proven record of sales performance
• Deep understanding of healthcare regulatory and compliance environments
• Must reside within assigned territory and possess a valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Proficiency in CRM and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, Veeva, Oracle)

• Experience in long-term care or institutional sales environments
• Background in neurology, psychiatry, or movement disorders
• Familiarity with CMS guidelines affecting psychotropic medication use
• Knowledge of Cover My Meds  and LTC pharmacy fulfillment
